We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. 

What You’ll Do:

As our CSR you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will: 

• Assist customers with questions, orders, and general support
• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with team members to support daily operations
• Assist with scheduling and other general office tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced office environment
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs
• Commission pay structure included
