Was having issues with my humidifier. Kevin was sent to see what was wrong with it, and after extensive testing it was diagnosed that the unit was bad. A new one was ordered and came in a day later. Again, Kevin was sent back out and did an excellent job putting the new unit up considering the circumstances involved. Very happy with the work done.

I had the unfortunate situation of my furnace quitting on me. To make matters more serious, it happened right before the first real winter storm to hit in the Midwest (January 2026).
With the help of A.I., I singled out Bel-O as the best company to call for this issue. I made a call, and between 2 visits my heat in my home was restored. My inducer was the problem, so they ordered a new one and installed the new inducer in less than 30 minutes. Both servicemen that visited my home were friendly and professional and even checked the other components of my furnace to make sure those parts were working well as too.
My service fee was $100, which I won't cry about at all for facing not having heat right as a severe winter storm is about to start. Since the new inducer was installed, I noticed that my furnace is a lot quieter than before. I wonder if the excess rumbling was a sign the inducer was about to quit working? If I hear it again I'm definitely calling them. So far, no issues and my home is warm again!
I also like that there are payment options with this company. They accept most debit and credit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Cash and check are accepted and payment is due at the moment service is completed. If you cannot for some reason pay at that time, they can help you to set up payment arrangements to cover the cost. You can also directly pay via their website.
I had a hiccup paying them at the moment service was done because my bank thought it was fraud because of the amount ($1728), so I used their website to send in my payment without fuss! A minute later my receipt from Bel-O came in my e-mail confirming they received the payment and that was it!
I've already told a few people who own their homes about Bel-O as a good HVAC service is seriously needed when you have heating or cooling issues. Needless to say, got Bel-O programmed in my phone for this summer coming up! Thanks again y'all! Great service!!

It was a simple repair, and after double-checking the system would continue working, he was here and gone in less than 30 min.
