The technician, Alex and his partner, arrived during the given time window. He seemed very knowledgeable. I had a new Carrier HVAC system installed. He had a hard job as the HVAC system had to be installed in an unfinished basement with several very steep steps. He was efficient and quick. He took time after the installation to answer my questions about the HVAC and the new digital thermostat.
