Called late afternoon and immediately got a real person. Set up appointment for next day. Received text when technician was on his way. Even called when running late. Did not hesitate and got right to assessing the issue. Received email next morning with a quote and they even followed up with a phone call. This is a one in a million group. So happy we called.
Update: Although the team did a wonderful job installing a new furnace, we were left questioning our bill. What we thought (big bold numbers) and the actual cost (very tiny numbers blended into the list of what they will be doing) became an unexpected LARGER bill that we did not anticipate this close to the holidays. I’m happy that we can pay for it and still have a good Christmas. In hindsight, I should have asked for someone to go through the estimate with me to make sure that we understand what we are paying for. Lesson learned.

Took great care of me. Evan was awesome. I had an issue with a whole-home water filter that was actively leaking. I originally had an appointment set up with a different company who came late and claimed it was going to cost me 1k to fix the issue. I called everywhere and got the runaround, but I contacted Bel O and, without hassle, they responded within an hour and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. And it was a reasonable price and way below the price listed above the other place was trying to rip me off for.
