Scheduling an appointment with BEL-O Cooling & Heating Inc. was a straightforward process. I filled out the form online, and they promptly contacted me the following day to finalize the details. Mr. John Kessel arrived right on time, and I appreciated receiving a notification in advance, complete with a photo of him. Mr. Kessel quickly assessed the issue and resolved it on the spot with the use of some zip ties. Previously, four plumbers had informed me that I had a water hammer problem that they could not fix and if they could, they never returned to complete it... Which now I am thankful they didn't come back. However, Mr. Kessel knew exactly what to do and completed the repair in a mere 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain that my pipes were loose under the house, providing helpful insights without overwhelming me.
